Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Himalayan Peace

The Himalayan Peace is operated by Ganpati Gems Paradise.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged product or an incorrect item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or initiate a refund, at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Important Notes

Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
